PIPA defines personal information as “information about an identifiable individual”.  It excludes contact information from the definition. 

“Contact information” under PIPA includes your business contact information, but not your personal contact information.  Your personal email address and phone number are defined as personal information under PIPA.

If you send us your personal email address or phone number, we may store it in our system.  We may use it to contact you in future, to answer an inquiry or send you information.  If you become a client, we may use your personal information as required to provide legal services.  We will not use or disclose your personal information in any other way without your consent.
